Long before the craft beer craze took the country by storm, The Ram was brewing up local and seasonal blends to rave reviews in their own on-site brewery, each Ram location has an 8,000 – 10,000 square-foot restaurant, brewery, and bar, with a full kitchen on-site and seating for over 300 people. The program required family-style booths and table seating adjoin a sports bar with multiple screens, an outside dining area, and a full brewery. Attention to detail with respect to a modern industrial look, custom wall murals line the dining room depicting and celebrating various periods and events in local history, and transparent graphics embedded on the walls.
