The design reflected the client’s desire to promote and celebrate Pacific Northwest wines as well as a global assortment that paired well with vibrant, and fresh, American cuisine. The spaces provided for a visual presentation of the wine selection throughout the restaurant. Spaces were designed for flexibility to accommodate over 200 patrons in large and intimate groups as well as private dining experiences and outdoor seating. Terraced lounges provided intimate opportunities yet allowing open sightlines through the restaurant and the other lounges.
