Each shop provides seating for up to 30 people, in a dining area that celebrates local history. Prototype elements designed into each location include a prep kitchen, sandwich boards, service and limited retail areas. Potbelly distinguishes itself by celebrating and becoming part of the neighborhood it services, hearkening back to an earlier era.
